Marguerite Argeneau is back, and she's got her long lost son next on her list for her particular matchmaking skills. The lovely surprise in every Argeneau tale of romance and intrigue is that no two books are alike. Each lifemate couple has a road to travel that is often filled with twisted, mad cap logic and unique to each couple. Under a Vampire Moon is no exception.
While on her honeymoon, Marguerite meets Carolyn Connor and with her unfailing insight knows that Carolyn is the perfect match for her recently found son Christian Notte. Making a quick call to Christian she convinces him and his band to visit St. Lucia and from there the mayhem breaks loose. Along the way to true love, Christian finds himself in a variety of strange circumstances mostly due to well-meaning but bad advice. To add even more complexity to the matter, Carolyn though mortal and not realizing Christian is immortal, is soon conflicted about the age difference between them. Though quite a lot older than Carolyn he seems to be a much younger man. Add to that, someone is trying to kill Carolyn which deepens the story and fills in more detail about Carolyn's character and past.
Filled with smart wit, and engaging characters Lynsay Sands hooks readers from the first sentence to the last. Fans of the Argeneau series will enjoy Christian and Carolyn's path to ever after and new readers will find themselves quickly searching for the previous books. This was a thoroughly enjoyable read.
New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Lynsay Sands continues her enormously popular vampire series starring the Argeneau family.
