Raven has been through a lot in her life, but instead of making her weak, it made her stronger. Raven is a natural born conduit, and if it were known what she is she would be hunted. Going out with her friends to Talons, the paranormal hot spot for all the things that go bump in the night, Raven is looking to blow off some steam before her next case. What was supposed to be a nice evening turns into her saving Taggart, a slave, and his guardian. She was just trying to save him, but due to rules and politics, she is now his protector. The always private Raven now has two men living with her and a case to solve of mutilated bodies turning up. But when danger comes knocking Raven wonders if she can keep those she has come to love safe!
Electric Storm is my first read by Stacey Brutger and will not be my last! Ms. Brutger has created a world of characters that reach out and grab you and pull you into the story. With a total Alpha female character that kicks ass and takes names, you can’t help but love Raven. And of course all of the supernatural hotties turn up the heat and gather as a pack! I love the guys and all of the sexual tension that is felt! I enjoyed the buildup of the story, the interaction between all of the characters, and how they grow throughout the book. A solid foundation was set for future books that will keep readers hooked and wanting more. Overall I found Electric Storm to be a great read that left me wanting more of Raven and her boys!!!

Everything changed when Raven, a natural born conduit, accidentally walks in on a slave auction. She only wants a night out with her friends before her next case as a paranormal liaison with the police. Instead, she ends up in possession of a shifter and his guardian. When your touch can kill, living with two touchy-feely shifters is a disaster waiting to happen.
To make matters worse, a vicious killer is on the loose. As mutilated bodies turn up, she can't help fear that her new acquisitions are keeping secrets from her. The strain of keeping everyone alive, not to mention catching the killer, pushes her tenuous control of her gift and her emotions to their limits. If they hope to survive, they must work together as a pack or risk becoming hunted themselves.
